
Livin mi vida, Anita Betito is a mixed media artist and an entrepreneur who's immigrant family are from the Island of the Philippines. Anita came to Los Angeles in the early 1980's and was culturalized by its neighborhood of Los Angeles Echo Park. Anita's growing passion for art started at a very young age. Anita's undivided attention to nature became the inspiration to her beautiful visual art. Her dynamic 14 years experience working with digital media production industry also contributed to her skills and entrepreneurial talent.
Kodak DigitalAnita spent the rest of her childhood learning the diversity of art and music through her multi cultural environment. As a Filipino native, Anita and her family were in touch of their own cultural celebration through family gatherings. Anita has learned to celebrate and value her culture through participation in local community non profit event programs. Since 1984 Anita and her family has been a member of a non profit organization SIPA www.esipa.org.
In 1985 Anita has won her first price winning for the Parol ( lantern) design contest for it's originality and creativity in Filipino Town Los Angeles, CA. Her passion for visual art was influenced through great works of other major historian artists who she admires like Salvador Dali and Gustav Klimt. Anita's creativity multiplies in various stages of art and media form which she has empowered herself in media art and designs. Anita is fascinated in finding her culture of Borneo-Phillipines Art of life which also brings inspiration to her tribal art culture. Anita captivates her lookers on wow of wonder through her passion in visioning life through art. Anita does not find her self in the art profession, but finds her self in art of passion. She believes every soul lives within its passion, and passion is what brings the spirit in her art.


Anita's 15 years experience in media production industry has earn her 95% score average of customer service mystery shopper poll, along with her many not so anynomous clienteles like www.JenniferMcColm.com, La Reine Chabut.com, Ivor Dawson and many other outstanding community contributors. In 2005-2006 Anita's contribution started through her community support for The Lotus Festival organization of Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreations. Lotus Festival awarded Anita to feature her very first art exhibit as a resident artist in Los Angeles. With her public relation experience, Anita's found her self in relation of business and art. Anita's great work and inkind services was massly disributed throughout the Los Angeles local community organizations events and festivals. Anita was one of the Pilipina artists to be feature in the local women art show called WITHIN, which she worked side by side with local resident Asian and Latina artists Susana De Leon aka http://www.timoi.com/ , Lotus the poetress, Arika Lazos Santos aka KOKO and Sonji the life activist. Each of these individual LA female artists has contributed to sustainability in life art form.
In 2005 Anita has become a registered and licensed entrepreneur in the city of Los Angeles. She has learned that the door for opportunity has open for her to create and follow her passion. She has expanded her self through community contribution,internship and as a volunteer worker. Anita became outstanding through her resource program by helping community organizers. Anita helped resourced local organizations and local businesses through community events and festivals. Her program created a bridge within community leaders and local business entrepreneurs. Anita's business entrepreneurial has contributed to Mayor Villaraigosa's Million Trees initiative, ECO LA Magazine, The Lotus Festival, Asian Heritage Festival KTLA 5, SIPA, MDA Foundation KCAL 9, Beverly Hills Film Festival,The Venice Beach Eco Festival , The Encino World Fest, Topanga Earth Day, Echo Park Community Festival, Nevada Elementary School book drive, and other non profits agencies. Anita's entrepreneurial skills has provided her communities to various sustainable program. Her fundable resource program creates ecomic growth throughout local communities of Los Angeles.
